I once did an on-air radio promotion with Endless Games, and they sent me an e-mail press release I thought might interest some of you - Endless plans to drop the retail price point on several of their tv game show games to $9.99 - in the deal are Password regular and Jr., Feud, Newlywed Game, Pyramid, Concentration, Card Sharks, Beat The Clock, and What's My Line. One of the reasons I found it interesting is that even though I collect game show games, if Endless basically copied the old Lowell, Cardinal or MB version of a game I already had, I tended not to buy it - especially at a $15-$20 price tag. Some of you feel the same? I called to check on some details - the Donny Pyramid is included, and some stores with older stock may not necessarily immediately drop the price, based on what they paid to buy the stock in the first place. Newer shipments should reflect the newer prices. This is starting as a holiday thing, and reaction will determine future pricing.
...for what it's worth...
